If its WAY out then I suggest going back and running the beatmapper again. When you go thru the loop checker thing after, don't worry if its out by say half a beat by the end of the track. Then when you go to select the loop, try and get it as close as possible. Make sure that you get the downbeat perfect. Find the start of the first beat loop and make that your 'downbeat'. I've been using acid for years and this is my technique for beatmatching.
